Delivery

Which countries do you deliver to?

We currently only deliver within Europe.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery within Germany usually takes 2–5 working days. Delivery times abroad may vary depending on the destination. You can find exact information in your order confirmation.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. You can use it to check the status of your delivery online at any time.

Returns and Cancellations

How long do I have to cancel my order?

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. In addition, we offer a voluntary return policy of an extra 16 days.

How can I return an item?

To return an item, please send an email to info@watchesportal24.com with your return request. Once the return is approved, you will receive a return label and instructions for the return shipment.

Are there any costs for the return shipment?

There are no costs for returns within Europe.

How and when will I receive my refund?

As soon as we have received the returned items, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days via the payment method you used.

Are the products on Watchesportal24 authentic?

Yes, with us you will only receive original brand products. We work exclusively with authorized dealers and manufacturers to ensure the authenticity of the goods.

Ordering Process and Payment

Which payment methods are available?

We offer various payment methods, including credit card, PayPal, Klarna, and Sofortüberweisung. You can find all details in the checkout section of our online shop.

Additionally, we also offer payment by bank transfer. If you would like to use this payment method, please contact us at info@watchesportal24.com. We will then send you a proforma invoice.

Once you provide us with a copy of your transfer, we will reserve the item for you for 7 days.

The shipment will be made as soon as the amount has been received in our business account.

When is the payment due?

Payment is due immediately after completing the order.

Can I change my order afterwards?

Unfortunately, changes to an order cannot be made after it has been completed. Please contact us directly if there is a problem so we can assist you.
